Well, I don't understand why parents compare their children. I mean, in every activity the children does parents compare it with their siblings. Is it because they don't understand how their children feel when they hear it? Only because there is an elder brother or sister children have to endure the comparison with them. The reverse comparison is also there, but mostly elders are more admired than younger ones. This may lead to a spite between them. So I think parents have to accept the fact that their children have different abilities and that they excel at different things.
