Is this Site a S C A M or genuine one.....

I am a member of this site" http://www.surfwithmoney.comand have reached the payout but when trying to cash out it is giving wrong information of the ID number .Tried several times . Already sent a request but no reply from the site.
Any one here a member of this site can please guide me either to stop or continue with this.......

I am having a bad feeling about this site, its on my blog and like I tell people I am questioning it and about ready to give it the heave. To me its to hard to make the maximum every day. On top of all of that you can't add sites to promote. All the sites being promoted are the same pages. The surf logs you out every 20 to 30 pages, so its a pain to make the maximum surf allowed in a day.
When I contacted admin about this problem. I heard nothing back, so this tells me its just running yet we are not going to be able to get paid, or be heard by admin. I have a bad feeling its a scam.

Thanks for your response - even I posted a letter to the admin,but no reply - I lost confidence hence quitting from this useless site as I have wasted lot of my precious time.

I am also a member of surfwithmoney.com and its discouraging to hear about your problem now. I'm not really convinced that that site will really pay us members because of its generous pay per hour of surfing. I just hope you'll get paid and me as well. If not, then I guess my hunch since the beginning was right all along. Another too good to be true scam site.

I have reached my-cash out but feel really unfortunate for not getting getting the cash.
If we go on getting scammed like this - when we will earn money. I am getting disappointed by such sites which are really fooling people.Time waste,and worry how to solve. Do you have any formula for this.

I am totally exhausted and bored by this site and have lost confidence. So - I am discontinuing to be on this site.
