I noticed that i've been burping too much to the point that I get embarrassed because i can't control it even if I'm talking to important people.
I search it up on google and some say it has somthing to do with my diet. If that's the case, then what should i eat?

The belch is something natural, always after eating it happens, but the rare thing is that you could not control, I always have this sensation that it raises a belch and when I have to pretend control it and point, it remains very ugly in that a woman does this and in your case it would be the great vainglorious one.

Whatever you eat, don't talk in the middle. Chew your food well before swallowing in. Avoid foods that can develop gas. Try to remain calm when you are eating and drink ample amount of water. Soon you will be relieved from this burping, I hope.

Hi. ddaguno. I think that burping is caused by an blockage of air that has not reached the air passages properly. I think that you should limit your intake of acid and strong smelling foods. This could lead to excessive burping. Also contact your doctor about this.

A female friend of mine burps quite frequently too, I don't really mind as I find it quite manly and I don't like female females that much.
As for your diet: skip carbon dioxide containing products. Don't eat indigestible fibers. Don't eat beans. Don't drink milk or products containing lactose. Eat slowly this ensures that you don't gulp air. When I say don't I mean, reduce your intake rather than stopping.
Works for me.
