It appears that Batman Begins is a retelling of the biblical story Sodom and Gomorrah. This line is delivered by Falcone. When Finch tries to investigate the contents of Falcone’s shipments at the docks, the guards tell him “Listen, counselor, we don't wanna know what's in Mr. Falcone's crate.” So Falcone, himself, is one of the scary people because he is to be feared. In essence, that statement was a veiled threat. Falcone was telling Finch, "Mind your own business and leave mine alone or there will be consequences."

I am the type of person who cannot stay ignorant forever. i just need to know the truth and deal with it on my way even if it means I will be prying on somebody's dirty secrets. It's the knowledge that gives me some excitement about certain people. Yes I know those ignorant people who knew nothing is safe. But then for how long and aren't they curious enough to know what's in the other end f the rainbow. I guess many discovery has been made nowadays because the scientist folks don't want to be ignorant or stay in ignorance for long.

I am going to guess that means the secret societies that rule the world, who control everything. Which makes them scary, because they are evil people. And the first line says it is better to just pretend everything is the way it is, instead of finding out how it really is.
