hey guys i am just wondering how do you get those points here in my lot? actually i am a member here almost 3 years now but as you can see i do not even reach hundred yet?so i am curios and want to have the same points and also to earn more....can you give me some tips on how to reach especially points?especially those who already reached thousands!!! your amazing!!please give me some ideas on how to that??

Sweetie, try to respond to as much discussions as possible. That helps a lot and just please remember to have some fun as well, okay. Points is not the thing. You are rated, the little star by your name. Now go and enjoy yourself. TATA.

Hi Maylaine,
Your number will go up with the amount of replies you make to various discussions. It won't go up for multilple replies made under the same discussion or under your own discussion but that doesn't mean you won't get credit for the time you put in. For more details read the faqs and guidelines.

So we both joined together? I have been here just over three years and it looks to me like I was just a bit busier than you, maybe logging in every day rather than just twice a month 
The only way to earn here is by being active and participating in the discussions. Your number will increase and your star will too if your participation is interesting and useful to others. You will see your earnings add up too.
However if all you do is to think about increasing your numbers and wondering in awe at those who already have been busy well....

There not points, they are how many replies we have made, as for the star that is our rating, we get that for quality posts and replies that we do. You will only gain in your numbers if you do many replies.

We rate each other with the (+) and (-) you can read more here on how to use the DRS properly http://www.mylot.com/o/faq/faq17.aspx
As said before the number next to your name will only go up by replying to others, and when you reach 100 you will be given a star, the star will have been determined by how other members of mylot rated your discussions and responses. So remeber to always give quality responses to discussions and start discussions that encourage mylotters to participate in them.
FYI, this discussion may be deleted as all the information can be found in the FAQ's and the guidelines. It's always a good idea to go back and read them from time to time most of our questions are answered by reading them. Happy Mylotting!!!

I have only been a member here for a couple of months. There is a chance that this discussion on this may get deleted by the admin here, but I will just say that if you want to increase your score, then just keep replying to other people's discussions, that is what I do mainly, although I have started quite a few of my own discussions, people liek response on their discussions, so choose all your interests at your profile, then on your main screen here you will see what discussions have been started by other people, and if you answer hose, your score goes up 1 by 1. I love this site, I am actually addicted, but I love responding to other people's discussions.
