Apple Powerbook 540 - Problem?

Hello!Sorry for my bad english. Today i found an antique in my house - Apple Powerbook 540.I have maybe OS or boot problem.When the computer starts,there is a screen with floppy icon and question mark.The Powerbook doesn't have cd-rom,only floppy.Is it possible to download and instal Mac OS with floppy disk?

i dont know coz im not a mac user,, but for windows its very possible. you can install directly to powerbook hard disk using the other computer
