Swimming,cycling,jogging,skiing,dancing and dozens of other activities also helps your heart. Since there are many other associations like American heart association is working to raise public awareness about serious childhood obesity threats.

One thing I am very careful about is to keep my blood pressure under control. I avoid eating foods which aggravate blood pressure, salt for one. I avoid salty food preparations. The other one which I am very sensitive to is coconut, any coconut product or food preparations. My blood pressure shoots up immediately if I take coconut.

hi, you're from canada right? where did you get coconut? anyway I'm from the philippines and my country is a well known coconut producers, and I don;t think there's a coconut tree in your place. Regarding to your health problem. I suggest you to take some food supplements that can prevent you from high blood pressure, I actually have an experienced and proved that food supplements is good to our health problem.. if there's Alive by nature's way there in your place try it, take 1 v-caps just once a day before breakfast for 30days. and you will see the results,, hope this help.
