What do you have for Christmas Dinner/supper? Do you do the traditional Turkey or try something new? I 've heard of Chinese, Pizza etc. Which do you prefer?

We live in Australia and it is so hot at Christmas as we are well into summer then. We will have cold meat, which will probably be ham, chicken, beef, as well as prawns and lobster. With that we will have a variety of salads, some that we tend to only make for special occasions. Dessert will be a mixed lot as I make fruit salad but others will make cheese cake, pavlova and someone will possibly make a plum pudding. We will spend the day with friends, and as there are generally up to 36 adults and 12 children, we find it easier for everyone to bring something.
