Does KARMA really exist?

Since I was a kid i had been taught by mom not to do foul things for there is always a karma on our deeds. Good karma for the good deeds and bad karma for the bad deeds. But until now, I am still wondering as to why those karma don't seem to exist on the people who tend to do bad things. Why are those tax evader and corrupt continue to get richer when in fact the deed is not good.Why the influential rich profile grows to be more influential aside from the fact, and of common knowledge, to be more powerful. BAd karma? where is it then?

Really karma exist , why your mom advising you to do good karma . Because she loving you, Loving is a good karma . You feel safe here under your mothers love. So do something good to you friends or neighbors ,they feel safe in the area where you living. So good karma leads people to live safe on the earth
