Reviewstream is definitely the best that is open to Indians. I have made over 100 dollars there and they pay promptly. Be advised though, most articles only pay the bulk rate of 50 cents, you need to write a 500 word article in certain categories to get the 2.50 rate, and those categories are few and far between. All reviews for 50 cents have to be 250 words long, otherwise they reject it. 250 words only takes five minutes if you are good, and you can make about 4-5 dollars an hour.

I'm a member of both Bukisa and Review Stream. On Bukisa, you can submit articles, reviews, recipes, powerpoint slides, you name it. On Review Stream, you get paid $2.50 per each review if they like it. You get an additional.10 if someone votes that your review was helpful, and .50 if they sort of like your review.
