Some People Would Die Than To Watch The Match Than Other Television Show

Just stating a true fact, after a father of a family was actually killed for wanting to watch the world cup on the television over some other show.
A 61 year old man actually fought with his wife and two children for the remote control on Sunday because he wanted to watch Germany play Australia in the World Cup. The others, however, wanted to watch a gospel show.
Not exactly clear whatever took place but this man actually died after taking a beating from his wife and children.
What a way to die and I hope that none of you back home is going to this extent to watch the match. I am sure there are other places to watch if home is not a viable option.
Take it easy!

That is why most American families have multiple television sets in their house, so if someone doesn't like what everyone else is watching, they can go watch their selected programming in another room.
We don't have this problem though. Hubby and I usually agree on what to watch, the children watch what we allow them to. We have 2 television sets, but one is only for videos and it's in the children's room. If we're watching something we don't want them to watch we'll have them go watch movies in their bedroom.

katsmeow1213,
I must agree that it is great to have more than 1 television set in the house but I just cannot fathom the logic or rather insensible violence at the other end.
I mean either party could have taken things lightly and walk away. If I were the deceased I would gladly pick up my wallet and head to the nearest pubs where they have live telecast, drinks and not forgetting a crowd with the same enthusiasm and passion.
This is just sad.
