Shy on saying I love you

There are a lot of ways to express love. They say action speaks louder than words,,but I have the tendency of being shy on saying I love you especially to my parents.. I really hate when Mother's Day or Father's Day would be on the way coz I am not used to saying I love u to them.. Its better that I would just express it thru other ways and being a daughter they would always be proud of...

I agree with you.i also feel shame when say I love you to my parents.when it is mother's day or father's day,i will send a message to them,ask them to enjoy everyday,I know they will feel my love,to be a good daughter or son,it is the best gift to our parents.

I am sure you are not alone in feeling that way. I used to be like you, have difficulty in saying the words. Well, start by writing on cards or just go right ahead, swallow and say it. Practice does make it easier. Being a good daughter is a nice idea too. I am sure your parents would get the message. However, hearing you say I love you can be a treat too.

For few actions can be understood more than a word and for few words can be understood more the actions,So you can do any of the above.If you really cant say I love you face to face,better you message to them especially in a day like fathers and mothers day so they can be happy.

I really agreed with you, I also cannot express love and say I love You espically our parent. Its very hard and I feel shy to say. But deep inside I loved them very much. Yes somebody said had "action speaks louder than words". I used to show my love through gifts, I used to offer speciall gift when it is special day for them.
