poetry and lecture

When my lover or close friend talks to me i get so engrossed that i sometimes think that he/she is saying a poem..But when words are said by a teacher or parents then i feel it is a lecture...To my amazement it happens all the time.. i can't figure out why...Do you experience the same?? What do you do in such situations??Share your thoughts!

this is related to the situation when you're listening, friend. When your girlfriend talk, your mood in love, so what did you hear such a beautiful voice. When your professor gives a lesson, your mood in not good so you're not listening what he say

yes i know but my mood can't always be good or bad ... I dunno why i can't concentrate much in class...
