Hello ! I am a Chinese . And I am from Shanghai . I like eatting very much . I like dumplings most . In China ,people can eat it just at New Year's Day . Very delicious it is ! Almost it is very convenient as well!

I love Hunan tofu...it's spicy with some different veggies in a brown sauce...very yummy.

Well, orange chicken is my favorite but I don't think it's a real authentic Chinese dish. Orange Chicken, Lemon Chicken, Sweet and Sour Chicken from Pei Wei or PF changs is really good!

I like eating Chinese dishes. I like their chicken, beef or wanton noodle soups. But my favorite are Chinese Ho Fan, stir fried Chinese thick noodles, may it be with beef or seafood. yummy! :-)
