CLASS C FELONY

IM BEING CHARGED WITH A CLASS C FELONY FOR A PRESCRIPTION FRAUD. I TOOK ONE PRESCRIPION TO THE PHARMACY BUT I DIDN'T GET IT FILLED. IM WORRIED I DONT KNOW WHATS GOING TO HAPPEN TO ME. I DONT HAVE A criminal RECORD.

Were you prescribed the medication? If not, that is a seriouse offense. Was it a controlled medication? Thats even worse. Being a pharmacy tech, I know how people try to fill prescriptions that were forged. We know what the doctors handwriting and signature looks like. And all we have to do to verify the prescription, is make a call to the doctors office.
