Yesterday, a town in Nebraska passed an Immagration bill to where people can not hire, rent to, aid Illegals, I say to them GREAT..........If the Feds don't want to uphold the laws on the books let the city's and states pass their own...... Maybe they will get the hint that we don't want them here and If they want that green card {which is no longer green} they can do it the right way.....If not oh well go to jail, don't pass go and don't collect Two hundred dollars..... WHAT PEOPLE ARE SAYING "WE DON'T WANT TO HEAR ILLEGALLY GO HOME AND COME IN THE RIGHT WAY.......STUPID".

I think it's bout time we finally take up for ourselves and take action against illegals. We as Americans have our rights and we should not be paying for the illegals. We do not want the illegals here so this town is doing what all towns should do. It's hard enough to take of our own much less those who come here looking for a hand out.

I live that they passed that. This should be law everywhere. This would help a lot of our problem. It wont solve it completely, but it may help.

you have to start somewhere. Something has to be done. So something is clearly better than nothing.

I'm all for it. It's about time states and cities stood up for what they know is right. Our federal government won't, that's for sure. Illegal is illegal - as in criminal. Those who hire criminals or rent to them knowingly should be prosecuted.

If the feds don't want to up hold the law its time the citys and states take in their own hands to do it......

This is good. The harder it is for illegal immigrants to live and work in this country, the less attractive coming here will be. I wish more states would do this.

That is what this law does makes it harder for them to live and work in this country....

I know some people think those of us who want the illegals to go home are heartless, particularly since most of the illegals are desperate for jobs. What they don't seem to understand is that citizens of the USA are also desperate for jobs. If the illegals get our jobs, what are we suppose to do to support our families and ourselves? If our government will not protect the interest of its citizens, don't we have the right to alter or abolish this government? If illegals are getting paid under the table and not paying taxes, who is our government coming after to pay the taxes so illegals can benefit from all our entitlement programs? Would any of the countries that encourage their citizens to come here for work and benefits while sending their earnings back to their native country be willing to put up with illegal immigration to their country? They haven't so far. How would they feel if we came to their country, took jobs away from their citizens and gave nothing in return? Our government needs to understand that illegals have no interest in becoming citizens of the United States. Illegals want what they can get out of us. Politicians have no interest in illegals, either. They just want their vote.

Another thing this town in Nebraska (and every other town, city, and state that has been financially effected by illegals) might think about doing is to put what illegals have cost the taxpayers, over $300 billion, on those who have hired them in the first place. Since we the taxpayer didn't ask for this burden, and they did, let them pay it. If they don't want to pay the $300 billion, they can send the illegals packing. If they don't want to give up the illegals, they can pay their entire cost and take the burden completely off the taxpayers.

You are right there we should take care of our own before we start to let other countrys tell us what to do....
