Blogging! need advice!

Hi everyone! I've been out of mylot for a long time... Been working on a blog! I just published it! i've already made 10 posts and i published it yesterday.
Now, the problem is... how do it get more readers without spamming etc? is there a place for blogs to be read or something? i tried here on mylot, but my blog is still new, and i think the requirements were that the blog needed to be at least 4 months old. Hope someone knows some tips and tricks!=) thanks!

To get some viewers you can share it with bookmarking sites like stumbleupon, digg, and many more. Another thing you can do if you have facebook is link your blog to your facebook and when ever you post a blog facebook posts a note for you and everyone can find out about it. Another way is to twitter your newest blog.

Yes you're right tap, that's the best way to promote your blog to the readers worldwide the more you promote it the more it will gain readers.

thanks! how do you submit your blog to search engines? I've done something similar with a website before, but it works for blogs too? i really should get back on track with these methods of promoting.. thank you so much for sharing!

I have one good thing to suggest. You better register at cpalead.com. You can earn with your blogs. 10 blogs are just enough for you to be approved in your application. Once your application has been approved, you can write blogs as many as you can and earn more than $50 a week. Just try it. It's free to join.

Really? but do you have to make 10 unique blogs? and maintain them??? thats quite hard... even for 50$ a week, the time spend would be quite a lot wouldn't it? anyways, thanks! ill check it out!

I just started blogging today on this site. I have posted 3 discussions thus far and I have maybe two responses to two discussions I've posted. What I'm trying to figure out is "What do people want to discuss?" I come across the most stupid of topics and they have a million posts. Maybe I should appeal to a different crowd. But, if you find out something, please let me know.

Form friends on mylot. Respond to their discussion and they will respond to yours. Almost like networking.
