How To Control The Spreading Of H1N1 Flu

Last year there was an epedimic of H1N1 flu and most people are scared to death and worry about there love ones of course who doesn't coz it is a very serious matter.But there are people who did not made it there are people who died because of this flu. They said it is an airborn disease no matter what you will do there is still a big possiblity that you will get this flu. Well, for me it is still to hava a precationary measurement prevention is better than cure.Isn't it? Some people says you have to wash your hands every now and then especailly after using restroom particularly if you are using the public one.Use hand sanitizer and avoide close encounter of people.Do you think what i am doing can prevent the spreading of this flu?

it is not that PLAGUE sort of danger. though I agree with the threat of spreading H1N1 virus... you should understand that this is a new VIRULENT strain of an existing disease. and, so, ... will understand and resist all modern chemical medicines. but, if you will please talk to a traditionalist, who DOES NOT FIGHT with KILLING, but who will fortify the RESISTANCE of the body immunity.... you will understand the secret of HEALTH and DISEASE. Don't you agree? there is a homoe medicine, which could be taken as a preventive. .. if you are interested ... please search or, ask me.
