How many times do you eat in a day (24 hour period)?

Dentists say 4-5 times is okay. When you answer, you must also count in the SNACK TIMES.

I eat three times in a day.Sometimes i eat four times in a day.When i worked tired in daily working,i would have much food to eat to enough the energy of my body.I almost don't eat snack in daily life.

I have 3 times every day . breakfast , luch , and night dinner . I almost do not eat snack any time . what is your habit?

My habit is a bit unhealty. I have 3 meals a day (breakfast, lunch, dinner) PLUS 2-3 snacks a day.
