I have been writing reviews for "Review Stream". And, I have been paid regularly when I reach the payout level. You were saying it is a bit confusing ! Why is it ? One problem my friends have been telling me is that some times, the review gets rejected right away. That happens when the review submitted is too short. If you revise and make it more detailed and longer, it can get accepted. Try it and see.

Depends on whether you own a blog or not. The best places usually pay blog owners to write a short post on the product/service/website. However, there are a few places which pay you to write reviews. There's a good summary of one of them here: www.bit.ly/cSnjh0 Check that out, it's the only dedicated paying review site I've found that doesn't require a blog. Hopefully that will work for you.
