Is there an effective way to remind a colleague?

To give a short history, I have a colleague who works in the company for 2 years now. But, until now she cannot remember the usual Standard Operating Procedure or SOP of the company. Those SOP was just a few - like updating the dates in the rubber stamps and changing the calendar dates - that's it.
I keep on reminding her over and over again. And for two years, I keep on reminding her everyday. Now, I am quite fed up.
Is there any much more effective way to do in order for her to remember it thoroughly rather than reminding her again and again everyday?

I worked with someone like that and realized there are people who just don't retain information very well. They do not realize or remember you have told them before. I tried to say that as I stated before and she would come back I don't remember you telling me. It is frustrating to repeat yourself over and over but I just now approach her over and over and pretend like it is the first time I told her. I found that tone of voice, low, and expressing what you need in very simple plain words also helps. This is a good way to teach patience to yourself. Good luck.
