I guess it all depends on how comfortable you feel with it or without it on. For me I would say "to wear!!!"

Won't go to the mailbox without it. It's not that I am such a vain person, I just see make-up as accentuating the positive attributes of your face. Too much make up is not good either. Just my opinion.

I feel its personal choice ! I like putting on makeups but only eyes & lips ! I dont like layers all over my face which hide my real skin colour.
