What is the best way to correct your Father without looking like disrespectful?

We all know that Dads are tough guys and are seemingly not to accept any correction, especially when that comes from his children. What if you're seeing something in him that can be really bad, but you're afraid that he'll be mad at you if you say it and he might think that you're being disrespectful like, you know, 'I'm the father, you're just my child' thing ... what should you do then, just shut your mouth or bear with the consequences?

My advice would be to say what needs to be said in a respectful way. He might be upset but the end result may be worth his anger. Especially if it's something that he's doing that makes you or someone in your family upset or scared. He'll get over being upset in a matter of time. And you'll realize that speaking up is worth it and it also prepares you for when you might have to speak up to some one else.

I guess that might really be the best thing to do. It's for his own good anyway. Thanks! Happy MyLotting!
