how do you get cool this summer?

the heat is way too unbearable, for me. My doctor told me to run cool water over my palms, but it is soo hot. I have one air conditioner in the living room running on 5,000 btus, a fan in the hall and a desktop velocity fan on my desk, what's the way to beat the heat without going broke? I can only afford maybe another fan.

Hi, samafayla33. I have Central Air in my apartment. I also have three fans in my home too. The best way to beat the heat without going broke would be to keep your air running on auto. And, only use your fans when you are in the same room that they are in. Drink plenty of cool water and avoid sun exposure for long periods of time.

This summer was the best summer of my liufe i enjoyed so much i cant tell u its fun actualy i shifted to houston this summer it was to hot here then we manage actualy i am form yakima its to cold there so i am not so use to it so what u did in tyr vcations?

If you have a local swimming pool near your neighborhood or lake, go and swim their.
If their is like a public hangout place, they usually have air conditioning their.
If none of that works, then go to a friends house for a while who has like 3 AC's running :D
