I need some money to start a project, that is to start a trust fund to pay school fees for children in my village. If I beg on the internet, would people planthropists give me money. Are there some good Samaritians out there?

I am not sure if you would be successful on your e-begging but there are a lot of sites that are lending money at 0.00% interest to charitable institutions and those who have good intentions like you. I would suggest for you to try Kiva.com.

There's no guaranteed way of know, a hundred people could respond to this post to say 'yeah' but in reality it is difficult for people to 'cough up' money... try it and see what happens... :)
