Torrents, Downloads, Cracked Softwares, Hacked Devices: Is it ok here?

Can we discuss torrents, cracked softwares, hacked devices, etc. here? Or will it be deleted/banned? I've read the guideline and didn't see anything about it, but maybe you guys had some experience on it.
