There far too much individuals with jobs. In stead of the economy moving forward its taking like 4 steps backwards. What do they us the future generation when there is a decline in the job industry? They need to think seriously and very fast too because this is one of the reason for high increase in crime and violence through out the world.

Totally agree, that's a problem that must be resolved as quickly as possible. The resolution of this problem may softer others, as already mentioned by you. However, another problem that must also be resolved be addressed is education, because many times until there is availability of jobs, but no skilled workers to perform such activities.

Actually there are plenty of jobs available but not everyone is qualified, that's why we should focus more on changing the education system we have. Aside from that the most effective way to lessen unemployment rate is to venture yourself into entrepreneurship. I've been working from different companies and so far I've been lucky with my search, skills and professionalism is our weapons to find job.

sometimes i can't help but blame technology..eversince computers are developed there has been lesser and lesser manpower jobs everywhere..yes it is making the jobs faster, easier and giving more profit to the business owner since the company doesn't need to hire more people anymore..but most companies nowadays reduces it's employees by half because of technology upgrade..so just imagine what will happen to us in the future if all the things needed to be done is done by the computer..
