Well the past few nights my husband has been snoring. I'm not sure why,but it is pretty annoying .Because I've been waking up out of my sleep. So my question is do you or does your significant other snore? And how do you deal with it. My mother is so funny , she wears ear plugs. My step father is a very loud snorer.

My fiance snores a lot and even talks when asleep. I can't sleep soundly every time he's here, not because he is so loud, but because I'm worried that he might choke or something due to his snoring. And every time he snores loudly I tap him or shake him a little to make him turn to his side :)

Yes I do the same. And when I when I tap and shake my husband he turns and he stops. I have found that when my husband sleeps on his back that's when all this snoring go's on. I didn't here a thing last night . But maybe I was in a deep sleep.

Haha great idea for your mother to wear ear plugs. My friend doesn't snore at all, LUCKY ME. But, this post makes me think of my father. He is a LOUD SNORER too that sometimes we're awaken by the echoing sound he makes. XD I just get tired of the sound and dose off. Sometimes I sleep and dream deeply after, and sometimes I just make myself busy with some other things instead of being annoyed by the fact that I wasn't able to sleep for the rest of the night.

I love my mothers idea to . I have to get some plugs. She has these real nice ones. My uncle works at a big factory and its very loud in the area he works in.So his work gives the employees the plugs. My husband snoring really is not that loud. But hay . The plugs will give me a very sound sleep.

My Mom snores, but my Dad says he's used to it and that it doesn't bother him anymore. Awhile back I was at a women's retreat where lots of women had to share one cabin. One woman told me that after years of trying different snoring remedies for her husband... she finally found the solution. She held up a pair of ear plugs and declared, "I believe in the POWER of these babies!"

snoring is usually a breathing problem when sleeping, so if that is the problem your husband should try using micropore or surgery tape over his nose to open the conducts. you might have seen some athletes using it, also a change of position might improve the air taking. Hope this helps.

There is a very effective way of reducing snoring, you may ask you husband to try it, I used to have snoring too, but after I raise up my pillow (let say use double pillow to raise up his head), the situation improved. Now my wife can have a very nice sleep at night.
