Hi,
have you ever checked Digital Point Forums? I think it is the best one, because it has all kinds of topics, and it is a very active forum. You can do tons of stuff there, such as look for link exchanges, content, or just learn about different ways to make money and stuff, depending on what you are interested in. You'll find the forum by googling Digital Point or Digital Point Forums.
There are tons of other ones as well, but I prefer active forums, so that's why I like Digital Point!

They have Page Rank 4 on their index page, but if you are talking about inner pages I think it depends on which discussion it is. Why are you interested in the Page Rank of the forum? Do you want to put your link there or what? (I don't think Digital Point allows that immediately for newbies...)
You know that there are Page Rank checkers online that you can use to check Page Rank right? Just type Check Page Rank and you should be able to find some free ones!

Hi Devilova, digital point forum is a good place to start with.
You can also check out sitepoint forum. It is not as busy as digital point forum. However, there is a category about buying and selling websites.
I heard about warrior forum, but have not joined yet. You may check it out if you have the time for it.

Actually, I have a list of top 50 forums but with mixed categories (webmastering, SEO, IT, Affiliate Marketing, Domains, and Blogging), I'm still in the process of adding it in my blog but I need to update it first to "as of June" or July.
