Have you ever asked yourself why children go to school? We send our children to school to prepare them for the time when they will be big and will have to work for themselves. However, there is more in education than just learning facts. The purpose of schools, therefore, is not just to teach languages, arithmetic, geography, etc., but teach pupils the way to learn.

Education is very important to be a good and succesful person in life, one need to have knowledge and enough understand of the subjects which will help to get jobs. Confidence building, motivation, morality and other human values are developed from school days, these are not one or two days lessons but a continous learning in the schools with other students with difference mindset. As you said, the way of learning is very important, teachers should come up with the practical approach towards education, make it interesting instead of just giving class and home work and gossip with other teachers.
