Progress and final project reports

I have been asked to write a progress and final project report fo the project that I had to do on Microsoft Project involving the installation of 6 plastic injection machines from doing the concrete footings to the unpacking, wiring and installation using the companies existing resources where possible. What I would like to know is what should I put into these reports i regards to contect? Do I do a section on safety, costs, time to do the project, etc..., what else could I include? Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Tone
