As the bible states judge not less he be judged. We as christians often times love to critise or to pass our judgement upon others. Not because they act or dresses different it doesn't give us the right to say he or she is not a christian. When we judge someone just remember that we are being judged also. Also we must always think the best of others and not the worst. We who call ourselves christians do make mistakes too sometimes a lot more than the person or individuals we judge. Therefore before you judge someone make sure you as christian is prepared to be judged by others.

I think,in a secular state, one can practice any religion.. It is a private thing and above all it related to what we believe. The society or the state must not interfere in somebody's private life.Such a right is given to every individual in a democratic nation. Where the right to practice any religion is provided and guaranteed by the nation's Constitution, one can practice any religion. Above all, before judging others, its better to remember that we are being judged also and we must behave accordingly. Any judgments that we make must be a fair one and it should also be free from any prejudices..

Hi Sherbeauty29 You have an interesting question. My first thought is "How do I know" that a person is a born-again Christian. The people that I fellowship with and have heard their testimonies are different. We know each other and our stories. People that I do not know, if they say they are, I may ask if they received the FREE gift of God, in a relationship with Jesus. Regardless of what they say, I don't have the ability to read their mine. God will handle that issue when we are judged. Our church teaches some witnessing techniques that are designed to help a person identify their sin. This usually opens the door. Did I answer your question? God bless you Prosperous mylotting

Actually the Bible permits Christians to correct sinners and lead him or her to the right path. Jesus was very concerned with hell and made it very clear people that do wrong go there. Sometimes a Christian pushes themselves too far to the correct the sinner that he himself sins. One example is forcing someone to convert at the edge of a sword. Killing someone will not make them a Christian nor will you go to heaven for killing the heathen.

this reminds of a story about my moms friend and her former co-teachers sister. who happened to attend church every sunday, participate in the quire and christian groups like singles for christ. and yet i've heard that she's been bad mouthing others and criticizing members of the family not home, not the holy thing you see outside of her shell. that's probably why i don't go to church too much. why bother going if you can't use the things that had been taught to you there, you're just wasting time, letting other people know that you're going to church and just sit there and sleep. where people who don't go to church often or aren't christian are more christians than those who worship Jesus Christ and God the Father. yeah, I've seen it alright..something that us Christians should look for in terms of inspiration, regardless if we are all sinners, there should be a real prove for improvement that you don't need to see another damn miracle.

No. I would not get fear, get worried, get scared or frightened saying that I am a Christian and someone is not. For as long ask your not judging someone's religion so I think there nothing wrong with that. Everyone can speak to themselves and to their own opinion. It is just the matter of understanding the subject. If someone wants to clarify things about what you say then that's good, but if someone get angry without asking in a right way then I guess you should just have to handle it your way not to cause troubles and harm others. Not all of us are Christians, that is why we should not judge others by telling hurtful words on other religion. We should just respect their religion as well as we respect ones culture.

I like to say that my Bible says we're all sinnners, so who am I to judge? God said that vengeance, justice, and judgement were His, so I leave them to Him. I find it hard sometimes because I want to go... "No... you're WRONG WRONG WRONG WRONG WRONG!" (Like I said... I'm a sinner here!) But that would be passing judgement. If you feel a friend who says they are a Christian is doing something against the word of God, you can hold them accountable without being judgmental. I'd never tell a fellow Christian they weren't a Christian because they do this or that. I might tell them that Jesus wasn't very happy with them at the moment, but I wouldn't pass judgement on their final destination because of it.

I believe that we are all sinners. No exceptions. The difference is that Christians are forgiven but not because of what they have done but because they have believed and received the Lord Jesus Christ as their Lord and Saviour. It does not make Christians any better than any one. Salvation has been offered freely to all mankind through Jesus Christ. The mere fact that a Christian is called a Christian means that he/she has embraced that salvation offered by Christ. Now, who are we to judge? I believe that the role of Christians is to share and proclaim how wonderful it is to know Jesus Christ. And to have Him claim us as His own, sinners that we are. It is wrong to judge, Christian or not; very wrong to judge. The Bible says, with what measure we use to gauge our brethren so it will be used to gauge us also.

If in answering this post if I criticize fellow Christians and I too say, "right to say he or she is not a christian; will I not be judging them?" Now who am I to say what they are doing is right or wrong. Let God be their judge. I do not want to judge them because I do not want others too should judge me.
