Satan hurries , God takes His time If some one is pressuring you to hurry to make a desicion you must ask yourself this question :"Is this what God would want?" I have learned that most times when people try to force you into making snap desicions it is because they are trying to con you. I have learned for example that before I sign a contract I wait three days and take my time reading it over. Many times I find things in the contract I do not like.I then go to the employer and try to negotiate. If they refuse, walk away. Many teachers get conned into the pressure tatic of signing a contract they regret later. On the other times there is somthing I know God wants me to do but he takes His time, teaching me and preparing me for the task ahead. Then I am better prepared for the assignment He gives me I believe in waiting three days and looking over a contract before signing one Do you?

I guess I am fortunate. I have not run into this situation where someone rushes me to sign a contract under pressure. But I would say if you were forwarned about the official contract comming up and you had obtained a copy in advance then signing right away is not rushing it. If these people are forced into a pressure tatic to sign, then I would turn around and walk away as the situation in the future would not be any better. People need to be wise to situations. I would actually say that God is patient and satan is controlling. I am not sure if he hurries, moreover, confuses you to believe what you don't want to believe.

Well, that's the rule of the thumb. You've got great wisdom there and I wish more and more people read your post. It's a good reminder for all of us. But in every rule there is an exception. It does not always mean if you are in a hurry you're in for a bad happening. It's case to case basis. But I really appreciate your wisdom there. Good. Great!
