What steps do you find are the best to soothe your frantic rage?

I run. Usually when I really got myself in a bad mood, I use everything in me to run as fast as I can. It makes me get rid of all those emotions. Eventually it might look weird when you think of it, but it really clears my mind. Running through forests with some smooth music on... makes it all go away.

That usually helps me to when I get mad at home... though not so much at work =[ any other idea's?

At work it's really hard to get rid of this stress. I think changing jobs could be a possibility but I assume you don't want to let it get this far. Which kind of work do you do? Perhaps it's easier to find a solution this way.

I work at a gas station so its pretty fast paced and we meet a lot of customers some are difficult some are not...

Honestly, i haven't found something that can sooth my raging temper, yet. I will let you know if and when i find something. Nothing seem to work these days. TATA.

Firstly, to get away from the person I am angry at, do not look at him or be anywhere near him. Then I slowly try and engage my mind on better things like my child's smile, his cute words and yeah, it surely helps me to calm down.

Shout loudly, throw out something, kick the tree and hit the wall. The point is express my anger what ever I can do. This will release my mind from stress or frantic rage. Never let it in our mind for long time because this will make you stroke in the future. Then, I always watch television for a while. Sometime, I share my problem that make me so frustrated with my friends or wife. I am not so earnest to get solution for my problem from them but I just want to share my load.
