What's The Advantage of A Premier Paypal Account Over Personal Account?

Guys what's the advantage of having a premier account over personal account? I mainly use paypal to receive money and I get charged each time I receive money ranging from $10.75-$4 per transaction. Last time I got charged $10.75 I called paypal and they reversed the charges. Do you get fees when you receive money? or this is because I have a personal account? Could you please shed some light on which is better.

mine is a personal account and i am charged a dollar for every transaction. charge fees are more than that when you have premier account.

I see so it is not less when you have a premier account then? Is it a dollar per transaction regardless of the amount?

Transaction charges are just normal in all money exchange sites. But if you thing you are charge too much then you really need to ask the site. But make sure to read the terms first, because you might be agreeing to something that you don't know.
