This question was posed to me many years ago by a dear friend and my pastor at the time. The answer is a very simple one--One Bite At A Time. Before his election many people asked why it would be a factor if Obama was in fact muslim. My main answer to this was and still is that if we go that far then the next step becomes easier and easier and so forth. Now we are inviting muslims into the whitehouse that can make an impact on the way our financial institution are run. Do we really want shariah to be any part of our day to day financial transactions? Tis article will enlighten you more: http://www.wnd.com/?pageId=170617

We do not want Shariah, or Muslim-related anything to have any part of our government. Shariah and Christian based civilizations do not mix. All one has to do is look to those places where Islam has been allowed in to see the problems that have been created as a result.... such as the demands that Shariah based law be allowed for Muslims and also the demands for cemetery plots to be set aside for exclusive use by Muslims such as has been recently happening here...WND had the story a few days ago. This is a Christian nation, if they wanted Shariah anything, then maybe moving to a Shariah compliant country would be the best thing to do.
