If you can understand animals when they talk, what would you say to them & Why?

If I can understand animals when they talk, I would help them in anyways I can. It'll be much easier when I know what's going on with them. It'll be weird but someone got to help. This could relate to Dr.DoLittle.

How do Animals talk? book - we can try our best to understand, seems like it is like a different language!!
Conversing with animals is what I do like they are kids. I treat them as if they understand since they sure do pick up alot of our words. I do apologize for being a thick human and that I will try my best to undestand. It sure seems to work with my cats!!
