My ebay account is suspended, how can I reopen it again?

as mentioned in the title, my account is suspended but not becoz I violate ebay rules but becoz I enter faked information about myself when registering ebay account, when ebay ask me to verify my own information I cant provide becoz I randomly entered some faked information about myself, anyone has an idea what I could do to at least give a try for my account reopen?

Why don't you just open a new ebay account using your correct information and forget about the other account? We have several ebay accounts...one for our business, my husband's and mine.

hi thanks for your response, but here in Australia, has very strict rules in opening a new account, to register a new one, I need to have another mobile number of mine, another real home address, another bank account with my name on it and also I need another computer coz since my old one is suspended that I cant verify, ebay knows the IP address for the computer that I registered with that old ebay account, they will suspend a new account created by me again if I use this computer. I tried before but failed, they suspend my new account again immediately

You're going to have to call them then. Look under Customer Support, there should be a section marked "Contact Us" which I believe their phone number is located. Calling them is your best bet when it comes to gettig this straightened out. Let me know if you can't find the phone number and I'll locate it for you.
