My my-cine test has failed

this test has done for eyes. as far as i know this is done to ensure if the water in the eyes could be flown in the throat.
there are some eyedrops put into my eyes and asked to feel the sourness of them as i flows through the throat. but i could not feel. so tell me what does it mean and what should i do. i am scared.

The specialist should have told you what this means. It sounds as if the channels that drain the eyes into the throat are blocked (you should confirm this with your doctor/oculist or whoever performed the test). It is normally a relatively simple and quick operation to clear them and just requires day surgery, though you won't be able to drive for a day or so afterwards.
