Why do I feel jealous with my special friend over things he enjoys?

He is my best friend. We have been together for ages. We enjoy each other's company.

maybe you just see now that you are in love with him. talk with him and tell him how you feel. and ask him if sometimes he feels the same if he also feel jealous of you. maybe you guys love each other^^ tell him how you feel and you might have a good surprise. you know each other for long long and are always together so for me you both are in love^^
