That is a very discusting scam. These people are criminals. I have received mails from Africa saying that I won money. Also, i got mails from France saying that an old guy is dying from cancer and must send his fortune to someone, but the emails say that I need to give details, etc...that another scam. Beware of such thing. Don't trust anyone like that. They are horrible to act like that.

Just thrash that email. Ask yourself, did you enter any such lottery? Nope. Next, did Microsoft came out with an official announcement of such lottery? Nope. So the answer is obvious isn't it.

If you didn't enter the competition or lottery, you didn't win it...these are scma mails that are sent out to people claiming they have won the european lotto, yahoo lotto, etc. They just want your details to try to steal your identity for online fraud...I would report the email & send a copy to the hotmail admin.

Don't believe them. It's a scam. I have many of them in my spam folder. I just don't pay attention to them and have them deleted by the system automatically at the end of the month.

Hi faisale! Would anyone give a million dollar as easy as that. Just be extra careful with any request for your bank account or password, pins and the like. Stay safe than sorry my friend!

Do you remember joining that said lottery? If not, then it's probably a scam, more so if it's asking for your bank details. There are a lot of scams like that spreading in emails.

No, I am pretty sure this is a scam. I just don't believe that such things would be told by email. Have you tried googling this phrase? I am sure you can find a lot of interesting stuff to read if you do that. But please do not give anyone your bank details like this, it can be very dangerous!
