How many of you have created your own website/websites and are admins? Do you need to do any legal procedures in your country for having your own site, especially if it is an earning site? Does one need to report earnings for income tax?

Have made one and had been an admin.. but its a non-earning site.. no income tax declaration needed.. I don't really know if they can accurately monitor the actual earnings of a website..

What's your site? Is being admin difficult? Do you have any tip to monitor members' referrals? Who referred who?

i have created one and left that away and its no more now if u are so keen about the legal actions then i say the earnings made by you are viable for the tax and you need to pay the tax but for small amounts no one bothers you know theres not much you can earn from the website until unless your site is tooooooooooooooooo worthy of it and has a high visitors who keep on visiting and your capability to grab new visitors from time to time

heeheehee, I haven't any website yet, not one of my own. I had made one but like you had it closed immediately. What I have now is a cloaked site of another's. I'm thinking of creating one of my own but wishes to know more so as not to be on the wrong side of law.
