Here is an article written by a DOJ attorney who resigned because of the case being dropped. There is so much in here to discuss, I would prefer that you read it in its entirety. Key points - The attorney claims that this was the simplest and most blatant case of voter intimidation, Tom Perez told the House Judiciary Comm that "rule 11" required the dismissal of the case, which states that you must only bring meritorious claims. hhmmm He also states that others claim that no voters were affected - what?? http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HOztJiMpJek http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-BemSmTNDxU So, do you agree this case should have been dropped? if so on what grounds? How do you feel about groups standing outside polling places? I believe that voters should feel safe while voting.

ive seen the video numerous times and still wonder why no police came to remove them, another reason acorn and the panthers rigged the election. barack baby needs to be brought up on charges, and i truly think in time he will, and what a glorious day it will be. take him and the rest of his thugs down.

The police did come and remove them, there's just no video of it. They were arrested, charged with voter intimidation, and convicted after they refused to even show up for the trial. After Obama took office Eric Holder dropped all the charges with no excuse whatsoever.
