Holland through to the last 8

Watch the match between Holland and Slovakia. I am not impressed with the Dutch. They came into the tournament as one of the favorite, and I predicted that they will go all the way to the final. For all their fame attacking power, they seem disjointed. At the back, they were really poor. Have the Slovakia players put on their scoring boots, we would have a surprise result. Brazil, I am guessing they will beat the Chilean, wont be so charitable.

i think slovakia success to make holland work hard to beat them. thanks to their goalkeepers, muscha wl who save 2 gold opportunity for hollands, from robben shoots and header of van persie. and martin skelenburg play well to save from vittek shoots. but overall performance of holland is not good as when they play against japan i think. and poor of holland, that their next opponent is brazil. and i think it`s real tester for holland

Actually I thought the dutch were clinical. They never got out of second gear, but they never really needed to after that goal from Robben. Finally Sneijder secured the match with the second goal. The Vittek goal of the last kick of the match was just a consolation. I thought after a long long time I have seen such a disciplined performance from the Dutch.
But, yes there were not dazzling and eye catching and simply went about their job professionally.
