Do you need to show that you are angry before others follow you?

A pleasant day to you fellow mylotters, I sometimes cannot understand why there are some people who does not know how to follow instructions. Wherein, you need to be angry before they follow you. Wherein, you need to show to them that you are quite disappointed to what is happening before they act and response quickly. I really dont know why there are people who are insensitive to some situations. Is there really a need to be angry first before others follow you?

As a teacher I sometimes find that the ONLY time the children will listen is when I start to get angry. I like to think that on the whole I am very good at ensuring I am engaging but on the whole, the one time I can guarantee they are all listening is when I am dissapointed or angry!

Yes, I think it does. I dont think anger is a good thing for keeping stressfree and relaxed, which is what we all need to keep healthy!

I do think that it works...to be angry so to get others attention. However, you pay the price when the other person dislike you for being angry...well unless if it doesn't matter to you. That's how i see it. There's always disadvantages and advantages along the way.
