No Bank Account,No credit card,but have paypal account?Payment how?

As a new in every Ptc sites and other site that pays, in fact i haven't received any payment up to now,and i have this problem and doubt if they can pay me without having a Bank account, a credit card but have a Paypal account for the first time.Do i or we have the chance to be paid?If Yes How? if NO why?

In fact you need the bank account and credit card to verify your Paypal account. When you receive or send the payment, you don't really need a verified Paypal account. You can still do so even if your Paypal account is not verified yet.

as long as you have paypal then you will received your payout but the only problem is once the money is already in your paypal account and if its not verified then you can withdraw nor transfer money to you bank account, and for you to verify your paypal you need credit card, debit card supported by visa and in other country like US they can verify it by just using their bank account. so if your paypal is already verified just add your bank account and only then you can do the transfer.
though, even if your paypal is not verified, you can still send money from your paypal to other paypal members nor use it to shop online.
