It is really hard to relax if you are working in a clinic and there are a lot of patients waiting for their turn who are also sick. But eventhough, you have to try to relax and take breaks in between, or else you will be the next patient. You really have to avoid doing things at home that are not really important or urgent. What you need is eat and sleep. If you can, try to have an exercise. In that way, it can relax your body and help release your stress.

I guess you must take a break. Time to breathe for a while. Sometimes when we get too overwhelmed we get anxious and makes us not enjoy what we are doing anymore and make us prone into doing unnecessary things and decisions. So take a break if you can. Or if not.. find out what will help you relax.

YOu are over stress, too much stress is no good and it slows down your productivitiy. You have to have a complete rest. You can recover your energy by having a complete sleep, take vitamins and exercise. If you want after a busy day at work find things that you enjoy to do, like watching movies in movie theatre or hanging out in your favorite restaurant with your friends. Make sure that when you watch a movie, it is very entertaining, so you can laugh there and release the stress. Or find some time to have a massage.

hi jemairies oh I can relate to that as I used to work as nurses aid on the surgical floor of our hospital as a young woman and so many times went home just dragging myself. I am lone a way from that, spent the last twenty odd years working in a libray part time so was not so exhausted then. I found something interesting last night, I often do not sleep well either but last night I stayed up til almost elven o n mylot but watched three comical videos of babies that were so funny then went to bed and I was laughing as i got in bed.Know what,I slept like a log, So mayhbe something funny will relax you also I listen to classical music the hour before bed time while I am mylotting. Those soft sweet melodies really soothe me and Mozart music is the best, its calming and relaxing too. Also for some people warm milk at bedtime makes you soothed me I cannot stand the taste of warmed milk, now if it had cocoa in it that would help. hope some of these might help you to unwind.

if you want you can go out to spa nor body massage to relax yourself then when go home just go to sleep though you can only do that during your rest day so your work will not get affected.
