Do you do exercise everyday?

I found it is very healthy for us to do exercise everyday, especially do aerobics,it's very good for our lung. A park with free of sports tools, many green trees there, I like the fresh air very much, when I finished my work, and I walked there to practise exercise, it's very interesting. Many kids who was taken by their parents, grandma and grandpa,I like the environment, and relax myself completely. Mylotters, do you do erercise everyday to keep you health?

I exercise every day. At the moment I am doing an exercise program at home called P90X. It is an awesome program on 12 DVD's that is pretty extreme, but I am loving the challenge of it. Every day is a different workout that focuses on a different part of the body and it goes for 90 days. Some days I am doing push ups and chin ups as part of the program, other days I am doing a jumping cardio workout, sometimes Yoga or stretching and some days it is doing lots of bicep curls with dumbbells. There are lots of different exercises and variations. Each workout goes for about 1 hour each day and there is a calendar so you know what workout to do. There is also worksheets so that you can keep track of the amount of reps that you did and weights that you used. Some days I also go for a walk or a bike ride as well and in summer I like to go swimming and kayaking at the beach. I also compete in archery which involves a lot of walking and using muscles.

Yes, it is great. My wife and I are doing it together and really enjoying it. We do the program most days, but if we are too busy on a particular day, then we just do it the next day instead. It seems that most people who do the 90 day program do it in about 100 to 110 days instead of 90.

Wow, it sounds very interesting. It's great that you can insist on to do exercise 1 hours and 90days for this erercise program. It's nice and health for you.

Yes I walk for 35 minutes and then do my push ups and pull ups every day religiously.

Pull up - This is what you call a pull up.
A pullup is an upper body pulling exercise where the body is suspended by extended arms, gripping a fixed bar, then pulled up until the elbows are bent and the head is higher than the hands.See the image I have uploaded.

Walk 35 minutes is very good. Otherwise, I don't understand the meaning of pull ups,sorry. Is it mean situp?

I'm not lazy, but i'm busy everyday. I just feel that's all my life: eating--sleep--go to work, and view some web pages, but i seldom go outside even tough i really want to~~ Oh my god, maybe i should change to another job (teary)

HI friend, Yes I try to stay fit doing regular YOGa and ASANAS. Everyday Morning from 05:30 to 07:00Am I practice Pranayama and YOGASANAS that keep me energetic through out the day. In fact we practice YOGA and ASANAS in group and we enjoy it a lot, when all of us start doing YOGA in fresh air. Also during evening i take walk for about 30 minutes every day.

Hi, it is not necessary to pay for it. There are many which you can practice like one of the most interesting things about starting to do yoga is that you become very aware of your body's asymmetries. This often becomes very apparent in cow face pose, where most people have a much easier time binding the hands behind their backs on one side than the other. When these types of imbalances reveal themselves, try to notice them without passing judgment. Over time, you may observe that your tighter side begins to catch up with your looser side.

Hi bettydeng5, I think it's quite difficult to do exercise everyday, or maybe it's just plain laziness on my part. I couldn't wake up in the morning to do so and I can't make myself go at night after work. But I compensated by practising yoga for 1.5 hours every sat and also a lot of time spend on walking. I know some friends who make it an effort to do every morning, even 15-20 mins of stretching or rope-skipping would be good.

My colleague often do rope-skipping at night to lose the weight and release the sweat. I try to do Yoga, but I failed, I couldn't do perfect as per the instruction of Yoga, it's very difficult for me to learn this. How about you? Do you think it is easy to do Yoga?

It's very difficult for me because my body is very stiff and somehow my legs seem to be born crooked or I have shorter veins than others or something, so I cannot do a lot of things that my yoga mates are able to do. But I still enjoy it very much and have been practising it for many years. My teacher told me I have improved a lot over the years. I think that it has loosen a lot of my tense muscles and I feel my body is in a good condition, so I will continue to practise.

No I dont exercise everyday. i only do it when my wife reminds me, saying that your stomach has become too big. or when she says you took to elder to me and other guys are eyeing me. this is the time when i take exercise seriously.

Running is a good exercise, it makes you full of energy. When do you run? Morning or night? Moring is good.

Actually, yes. Exercise everyday is my daily habit. I sometimes dance, jog, walking a great distance and many, many more. I am doing it because I do believe that brisk exercise will give a high quality of good health and will help you conquer any sickness.

I agree with you, I easy to get a cold before I insist on the exercise, however now I couldn't easily got a cold. It's really good to strengthen our health.

Yeah, as far as I am concerned, I usually take exercise everyday when the whether is not so hot. But recently, the whether in my area is so hot,which makes me do not want even to move any more. So I refuse to take exercise out side my house.Just want have a rest in my house. Though exercise will do a lot of good to my health. But it is really so hot!

It's a little hot, however it will be hot and hot, when I did exercise, I sweat much, and felt very thirsty. Though there is very hot, have a rest is good. Happy day!

I try to exercise everyday but not outdoor exercise. I just do it inside the house although I don't have gym equipments or tools. I just do some jogging, stretching, sit ups. But definitely, I would love to do it outside but with companion. So that I can inhale fresh air and I think that would be more relaxing.

yeah, I like the outdoor fresh air, it is so beautiful natural scenery. If only I have a chance to work outdoor, I prefer to work there.

i am agree with you, do exercise everyday is healthy for us. Before, i like to go to the fitness center with my friend. However, since i am getting busy for my thesis writing, i am rarely doing exercise again :( Now, i am trying to manage my time again. hopefully, i can do exercise again like before.

If I could I would. But I don't live in a place like yours. No clean park in here so if you exercise outside, it's more likely to damage your lungs because of the air pollution. You need to go to gym in order to have a good exercise here, which I don't have the time at the moment. But every now and then I just do some random exercise inside my room just to get the blood pumping and to feel better.

hello there! even if i want to i still cant because im busy and i only have spare time everyday for leisure. maybe next time if i can find a better job that could give me really good extra time then i would exercise to stay fit. happy mylotting =)

Yeah, it will be better for you find a good job, that you have enough time to arrange the exercise, I don't need to do overtime job at night, so I only can use my night time to do a little exercise. Good luck.

I try to exercise as much as I could. But usually I am too lazy to do so. But since I got sick last week, I have been trying to go back to exercise. Everyday, i try to wake up at 6AM, do some stretchings and exercise a little. I would gradually increase this exercise routine of mine for my body to be able to adjust to the change. I do not want to get sick again and exercise is one of the ways to stay healthy.

I can't agree with you much, it's right, when we are health, we are lazy to do exercise, however for a long time, we will have weak resistant ability, which maybe will cause our sick. So when we do exercise everyday, it will make our stronger resistant to avoid any sick. Keep your exercise, you will have better health. Friend.

Thanks for reminding us that we need to have a regular exercise. I almost forgot how important exercise is, because of too much busy-ness. We are too engrossed with the "urgent" things in our life, sometimes we tend to forget to mind the "important" ones... Thanks for the reminder.

I should face and operate the computer for a whole day, and I often feel my neck and waist is so ache, so I really feel it's very important to do exercise everyday, properly relax. I felt it's very comfortable after 1 month practise, I don't feel the obvious ache, and don't feel very tired like before. So you can extrude time to do some exercise, it will be good for you. Try it.

I met many guys who took off his clothes to turn over their body completely, and someone play basketball,kick football, in fact, these are sports and do exercise too. You can find your interesting sports, and use a little time to do it, it will be health for you. Try it.

actually I don't do regular exercises daily but all i do is some kungfu exercises which is very good for our health. i learned it from online. and i am feeling very nice after doing that. and now i have some good kungfu ability with which i made my elder brother fell down in seconds. may God bless us all!!
