Noynoy has Announced his Cabinet Members

But the Question is, are they all Qualified? 
One thing i noticed which is not surprising at all is that most of the cabinet members had been on his side or their families side since his days as the Congressman or during his moms term as the President then.
As usual i couldn't bear to his answers in regards to the questions by the media because it ain't clear. he could not even understand one of the questions being asked to him by one of the media members
Yeah, June 30 will be his Inauguration but I am not so excited but just in case, i won't even bother watching everything or going to any place in manila because i know it's traffic.if any one has bothered recording the cabinet members he announced please share it with us.
Some times, I am even bothered on what's gonna happen if the Whole World sees this Inauguration.
remember there's a possibility of NO TelePrompTers so it will just on paper that he reads :D

Qualification usually happens when the true action has happened. Right now qualifications are just based on paper and their work history but the real test of qualification is when they are hands on the the real thing. Sometimes we tend to over rely on diplomas and all of those achievements but we will see all of those when the real action comes. I am not judging his administration on what I see today because that is not a real basis. As I said in my previous postings I reserve my comments in the coming days when he finally dips himself in the pool and starts swimming.... We will see if the strokes are correct to reach his goals by then. But for now everything is being watch how this all will be done. So let's wait and see this things as history unfolds.

Yes, Daguno,
I never liked him ever since election and for that why would i vote him in the first place. that rumor had also spread in the mylot discussion before. they were a lot of disagreements to it. and am one of them. just so you know, this boxing icon became a congressman and took a crash course in public administration for two weeks after that

I believe there was a Teleprompter when Noynoy made his speech. makes me wonder why he's not looking at the statements anymore.
but don't give up hope yet. this is just the beginning, we shouldn't give up hope at all. who ever is in the position am sure President Noynoy Aquino didn't choose them for nothing. he knows these people and he knows they can do better than any other candidates that he believed to me more qualified. what good in choosing the best if he or she is corrupt.
I have out most confidence in him that he will make the change.

I trust them not because they were chosen by noynoy but i know they have the track record for it. we shouldn't judge him too early. seriously, it's not that we can give assurances already but he is doing his best to find a way to solve the problems with our country. he may not be the best person to speak to but i know he's a good man and has the passion for the country. you should try to get to know him better, so that you will get a hint how good he is.
