My Mom is My All.

Parents are held responsible in upbringing their children, But more that this or more than disciplining their children, they must also serve as best listeners and not necessarily mean best advisers to every concern of the children. between my mom and dad, i am indeed much closer to my mommy. She was and forever will be my best friend. no one could ever replace the comfort she gives me as she interestingly listens to every joys and aches i had for a day, from my set of crushes in high school down to my long time boyfriend now, from all my pride and regrets, she's there. She doesn't have to agree with me all the time, but her understanding is more than enough. Every meal we share in a day when we were left together at home no matter how simple it was, it seem like a feast. Definitely no dull moments with my precious mommy. how much i love her? well, i can afford to loose all, but not her! how about you guys?

yes, I'm sure most of us all closer to the mother. Mother, for me, was a figure which can not be defeated by a father figure, though we can not and must not ignore the father figure in shaping the character of a child. This is all because a mother educate her child with tenderness

You are so lucky to have this type of relationship with your Mom. I think it is quite rare. I sure didn't and not many people I know have had this. I now after many years have a best friend's type of relationship with two of my children but one of them has chosen to leave us out of her life. I'm not sure why, but I do miss her and I worry. She has her kids and grandkids and their families, that seems to be enough for her.
